Wednesday was a day full of friends! After class, I met up with Jeff's Brother and Cousin who came into town for the night. We grabbed dinner together. My other friends, Leah and Steve, from the states who are on a world tour, stopped by Xela for the afternoon met up with us too!
I'm a lucky girl!
After I met up with some of the other students from the school to dance at the "Spanish Club" La Parreda. We had a great time dancing the night away with guatemaltecos and Jeff's family until too late! When I arrived home at 1:30am, abeula was on the couch waiting for me. I told her I was going out, but she wanted to make sure I made it back ok. So sweet...but also so embarrassing. I would have come home earlier if I had known!

happened to be in Guatemala this week! They were kind
enough to stop by Xela for a few hours so I could see them!
